ACSEP, is a registered non-profit 501 C(3) of the Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce. The program works under the Education Committee, and directed by the Executive Committee of AACC.
ACSEP is committed to focusing its efforts on middle school to post-secondary students by creating and supporting opportunities for school and business collaboration to strengthen our future workforce. Our program proceeds go to student scholarships for further development, through trade school, technical school and college.

- Middle School "Unique Careers" Conference is to highlight unique careers that students can explore with or without a degree. The 8th graders from four Auburn middle schools participate in this program prior to picking classes for their freshman year of high school.
- High School Career Conference program is now in the 18th year of programming and today, includes eight area high schools from around the region; Auburn, Enumclaw, Kent, Sumner and Maple Valley including private sector schools. This conference allows Junior and Senior students (at risk or undecided in career path) to speak with regional companies about their company culture, education requirements for the job and starting salaries. With the Auburn School District we host this event which includes workshops in the following areas: Finance, Dress for Success and job search and resume development provided by WorkSource Auburn.
- Leadership Institute of South Puget Sound is programmed for current and future regional leaders. The 9 month program's focus is on enhanced leadership skills for career success, exploring various business and government sectors in Washington and community engagement by working with local non-profits. We are proud to have business professionals, community members and government staff representing more than 13 cities. CLICK HERE for more details.
