Personal Freedom is an all-encompassing term to describe the state all people strive to achieve inwardly and outwardly. Finding Personal Freedom encompasses my Five Core Pathways to Personal Freedom; 1. Spiritual 2. Emotional 3. Religious 4. Physical and Financial Freedom.

Being free from emotional bondage is the ability to address past and present negative emotions, remove and keep them from affecting our lives through our decisions and behavior. We gain full control over our feelings, behaviors and live and are not manipulated by the actions of others or past pains when we achieve Emotional Freedom.

The Freedom Center is a dream that has been brewing inside me for nearly twenty years. It is a place where all people are welcome to come and learn about God, Health, Self, the Laws of Nature, Emotional and Personal Freedom and Developing Healthy Relationships. These classes and are life-altering heart centered and Spiritually based. Our focus is on building Individuals and Families, helping to improve their quality of life and giving them a sense of hope.This includes youth and teens, male and female of all genders and sexual identifications. We do not discriminate!

As a Life Coach, I will be going into our communities reaching out to Schools and working with Principals, Counselors, and staff to identify people that may benefit from our Services. As a member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, I look forward to growing within the community and helping people heal and transform their lives.
