Exciting Update: You Can Now Access Your Account Online!

We’re excited to share some great news — members can now log in to their accounts and make updates or payments online!

Since our transition to a new website platform, members haven’t been able to access their accounts directly. That’s now changed, and we’re thrilled to make this convenient feature available once again.

With this new access, members can not only manage payments but also personalize their business listings. Once logged in, you can easily update your business profile by adding photos, hours, descriptions, logos, taglines, events, and more — helping your business stand out and stay current on our website.

Follow these simple steps to log in for the first time:

  • Visit auburnareawa.org and click “Login” at the top right corner of the page.

  • Enter the email address associated with your membership.

  • Click “Request New Password” — be sure to leave the password field blank.

  • Check your email for a message containing your new password.

  • Use that password to log in, and once inside, you can change it in the About section for added security.
