Business CONNECT Events – Monthly event held on the first Wednesday of every month from 3-5pm.
Event Host | Hosting an event includes providing a location for 30-50 people, catering for 30-50 people (appetizers and refreshments), provide two items for the event raffle.
Event Sponsor | $200 | You don’t need to provide the location, the Chamber will along with catering and raffle items.
CONNECT Golf Tournament – Annual Tournament held in late summer that benefits education and leadership in south Puget Sound.
Presenting Sponsor | $3000 | Your logo on all golfer swag bags. Logo on the event banner displayed at front entrance/registration. Logo on all print and digital event signage. Golf Award Presenter at dinner. Hole sponsor included (optional activity and giveaways at hole). Tournament foursome along with 4 drink, mulligan, and raffle tickets.
Golf Cart Sponsor | $2000 | Exclusive signage on all golf carts. Tournament foursome along with 4 drink, mulligan, and raffle tickets. Recognition in all print and digital media. Golf Ball Sponsor | $2000 | Logo on tournament golf balls, one sleeve of golf balls per golfer will be provided. Tournament foursome along with 4 drink, mulligan, and raffle tickets. Dinner Sponsor | $1500 | Name and logo on all promotional material/digital campaigns. Your logo on the event banner displayed at the front entrance/registration. Exclusive signage at all dinner tables. Your promotional items are in swag bags for each golfer. Tournament foursome along with 4 drink, mulligan, and raffle tickets.
Lunch Sponsor | $1500 | Name and logo on all promotional material/digital campaigns. Your logo on the event banner displayed at the front entrance/registration. Exclusive signage at lunch tables. Your promotional items are in swag bags for each golfer. Tournament foursome along with 4 drink, mulligan, and raffle tickets.
Putting Green Sponsor | $1500 | Exclusive signage at the putting green. Logo on all print and digital event signage. Logo on the event banner displayed at the front entrance/registration. Your promotional items are in swag bags for each golfer. Tournament foursome along with 4 drink, mulligan, and raffle tickets.
Contest Sponsor | $750 | Tee box and green signage with company logo. Hole location at a contest hole with contest materials provided. Must staff the contest hole. Your logo on the event banner displayed at the front entrance/registration. Logo on all print and digital event signage. Includes lunch, dinner, drink, and raffle tickets for two.
Hole Sponsor | $400 | Tee box and green signage with company logo. Your logo on the event banner displayed at the front entrance/registration. Logo on all print and digital event signage. Includes lunch, dinner, drink, and raffle tickets for two.
Raffle Donnor | For your gracious donation, your logo will be displayed on digital and print marketing as a Raffle Sponsor on the day of the event. Proceeds benefit leadership and education for businesses and school programs.
Spotlight Business Awards – Annual event held in late Spring celebrating Auburn Area businesses.
Presenting Sponsor | $1500 | Includes dinner for 6 and 6 drink tickets. Includes the opportunity to present an award at the event and your logo on the presented award. Logo on all digital and print marketing. One dedicated email blast to the entire chamber database.
Award Sponsor | $600 | Includes dinner for 6, the opportunity to present an award at the event, and your logo on the presented award. Logo on all digital and print marketing.
Event Sponsor | $450 | Includes dinner for 6. Logo on all digital and print marketing.
Silent Auction Donor | For your gracious donation, your logo will be displayed on digital and print marketing as a silent auction sponsor on the day of the event. Proceeds benefit leadership and education for businesses and school programs.
Candidates Forum – Community event to find out information on candidates running for office in the Auburn Area. Held most election years in October.
Presenting Sponsor | $1000 | Includes signage, table, and handouts at the event along with the opportunity to talk about your business or organization at the event (approximately 5 mins).
New Educator Breakfast – Held the 3rd week of August we welcome all new educators (approximately 130) to the Auburn School District to our area.
Presenting Sponsor | $1000 | Includes signage, table, and handouts at the event along with the opportunity to talk about your business or organization at the event (approximately 5 mins).
Digital Marketing/Sponsorship – Custom pricing is available upon request. Includes website ad and dedicated email blast.
Boardroom Sponsorship – Signage and marketing opportunities are available in our boardroom which is used by members for board meetings, classes, and more on a monthly basis. For a custom quote contact [email protected].
Festival of Trees Sponsorship – Sponsor a tree at Auburn’s annual Festival of Trees. A tree will be decorated on behalf of your company that will include signage and a QR code to link guest to your website. Festival of Trees has between 700-1000 guests each year. Deadline is November 5th each calendar year for this sponsorship. Sponsorship $500 which includes signage, lights, and tree decorations.
