The Auburn Area CONNECT Chamber of Commerce has scheduled industry-specific, virtual meetings throughout the beginning of December 2020 to provide local businesses an opportunity to share with Auburn city staff members their thoughts regarding a new Business and Occupation (B&O) Tax. The proposed tax will likely go before City Council for a vote in the first quarter of 2021, and, if passed, may be set to take effect in 2022.

Shared below are the records of the first three, industry-specific meetings held by the Auburn Area Chamber. The meetings were organized to specifically focus on the nonprofit, auto dealership, and manufacturing/warehousing sectors.

Additional meetings will be held in the upcoming weeks. To attend one of these meetings, click on the link provided below at the specified date/time.
